Haha yay! I’m so glad you liked it 🙂 This post was originally titled ’10 Things I Learned’ but I just couldn’t stop with the insights as they kept flowing! Ha.
I LOVE what you said about not comparing yourself to how you practiced yesterday – that is a new one for me that I paid attention to in class today. You rock girl!!

Each point I was like yes, yes, yes. By the time I got to #10 I was like how many more truthful insights can you have?! Love each and everyone of your points, especially #13 “It’s not about competing with others. It’s about competing with ourselves” – probably one of my favorite lessons each time I’m taking a class. Relates to that the idea not to compare your practice today with how it was yesterday which I always have to remind myself.
